At Frankie's on the Park, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached; please note that jewelry, beauty products, and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred refund method.

  Format Your Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
